Well, the arm build is hanging in a test, so this didn't happen today.  I'll
try to reproduce the test failure to see what's up...

Switching mpich to the nemesis channel on all platforms has cleared this up. hdf5 build has started now and should be done in about 4 hours. Then I'll start the rest of the rebuilds.
