Update Fedora Developer Portal

Hi folks,

after a couple of weeks we have released an update of Fedora Developer Portal [1].

New things:

- Virt-builder section under "Tools" menu [2].

- Abrt section under "Tools" menu [3]

This update of Fedora Developer Portal also contains several graphical and spelling fixes.

The Fedora Developer Portal is also mentioned on main Fedora page [4] under section "Support" at the end of the page.

Development version is available on our internal staging machine [5].

Some pages have not been completed yet and therefore are not included in this release.

Page "Start a project" [6] on the staging machine contains links

to pages which yet need to be created or modified.

Feel free to look on GitHub and support Fedora Developer Portal, though.

Future plans:

- package installation directly from portal

- links from pages to GitHub for easy update.
- OpenShift

- and more contents...
