Thankfully that's just a config file and has no additional RPM requirements to pull in. NM-tui needs newt, which pulls in slang, which isn't small (2MB on disk?). I suppose NM-tui could be pulled out of Server since not that many other things require newt, and nmcli is always going to be there anyway.
