That's the only one I've had that failed in that way. I had another
koschei report but that was in the actual build when running tests and
passed when run again as a manual scratch build.

OK, I see *some* f24 buildds succeeding now that I've looked closer... My
problematic pkg was qt5-qttools, but seems that it's actually working now on
my 3rd try.

Still, *something* is going funny, we really do want reliably reproducible
builds.

Looks to be a problem only on arm builders.  I've noted that in the reports.
