The pkgs.fedoraproject.org lookaside cache?

No, because we don't offer it for mirroring currently.

Ok, for next time when I will have that issue I will forget about 'fedpkg sources' and will fetch srpm, extract it and then build local srpm for hacking package for local build.

It would be nice to have an option/fallback in fedpkg to do it automatically but it is not so often needed.
