Interesting. Any plans for RedHat/Fedora to switch to Conary?
One difference between this proposal and conary is that we would
try to remain compatible with a .rpm based system. In other
words, the output of our system would be regular .src.rpm's
that could be built/installed/etc. by existing tools.

But the question is if it's worth pursuing this. If Fedora intends
to use conary in the (near) future, puting up with the CVS-based
system may be the smartest thing to do.
