Probably you need to remove some files to take place for new upload 
to
fedorapeople.org.

(removed unused src rpm ~ 20). but still the problem remain ...

Then you're probably still using too much space.

To be sure:

    $ du -sh ~

438M    public_html

If that's over the quota, then you should clean up more stuff.

Alternatively, you can request more space in your Fedora People home,
by asking the Infrastructure team. (which is written in that same page
Marcin sent earlier)
