Then you're probably still using too much space.

To be sure:

    $ du -sh ~

If that's over the quota, then you should clean up more stuff.

Alternatively, you can request more space in your Fedora People home,
by asking the Infrastructure team. (which is written in that same page
Marcin sent earlier)
