I'm not sure I can parse that, but can you switch back to the
metalinks, and if you see an issue still there, do a: 

URLGABBER_DEBUG=1 youryumcommand

and file that output in a ticket in fedora-infrastructure trac and we
can see if we can figure out whats happening.
