permanently 404 errors updates-testing

for some days or possibly a few weeks it happens regulary (at least with 
updates-testing) that deps are solved, some packages are downloaded and 
others fail with 404 pretedning trying other mirrors

retry "yum --enablerepo=koji --exclude=polkit\* upgrade" often enough 
each time will downloads 1 or 2 of the missings until you have all of 
them - i remember times where *really* all mirrors where tried
