If you don't mind the filenames, you can almost do:

Patch: http://cvs.fedora.redhat.com/viewcvs/devel/alsa-firmware/Makefile?root=extras&r1=1.1&r2=1.2&makepatch=1

Only almost, because apparently rpm either cuts the basename at
unexpected places (eg. "&" or ";") or fails to escape those chars
properly when feeding it to patch.  In the above example, it fails with
".../Makefile?root=extras: No such file or directory".

But this isn't probably what you were after, anyway ;)
