For Unity, a bit OT here. Long time ago I had working Unity 2D (nice
lightweight desktop, a few lines of QML code) for Fedora but then they
merged it with GTK version it was impossible to continue. Now with switch
to QML, it might be possible again.

​I had been personally looking into attempting to package Unity as well (for the challenge!), but I don't think I could maintain the Unity packages alone. My time is split pretty heavily as it is...​ I'd love to work with anyone who wants to try to do this again.
