  It was not a good idea to push 0ad with a build requires
that is not yet available (mozjs31), but otherwise, 0ad-0.17
would also fail to build until gloox is rebuilt.
  I can remake a previous experimental patch if mozjs31
delays too much, to have a conditional on building with
bundled mozjs31, but that would be non default, as would
need fesco approval for the bundling.
