Good to have this clarified.  However java packages don't appear to
follow this convention.  eg:

antlr3-java-1:3.5.2-2.fc21.noarch
plplot-java-0:5.10.0-11.fc21.i686
R-java-0:3.1.2-1.fc21.x86_64
tzdata-java-2014j-1.fc21.noarch

Does this mean we need to rename all Java subpackages?
