Ah, probably so.  I think I was already prejudiced in that direction
by seeing messages like this one:

That would be an issue with koji, there's at least these two bugs on it:

There is no such architecture as "arm" defined in rpm, so obviously arch-specific macros such as the isa-stuff is not defined for it.
