What package are you referring to?

# repoquery --whatrequires pvm
pvm-gui-0:3.4.6-5.fc20.x86_64
# repoquery --whatrequires /usr/bin/pvm

I think pvm can be safely retired. The upstream seems to have been dead
for years.
