As Fedora, we *do* have a degree of collective concern -- although, still, no _obligation_, because that's not the way community support works either. But, when you start calling names, it *completely* cancels the ability for anyone to help you. So don't do that. It is actively counter-productive for your goals. Even if you feel the other person is being unreasonable, *take the high road*. It will win in the end. You've gotten a lot of reasonable advice from other people here already. I've seen you *give* reasonable advice in other threads.
