How would that work? We don't control the mirrors.
Fedora controls advertising mirrors (mirrorlists) through mirrormanager. I.e. mirrormanager only advertising mirrors, which are in-sync should keep the risks fairly low.

Certainly, downgrading installations which already upgraded to faulty packages would not work.
