No it doesn't if you go by them a developer is not a "power user" and
neither of those really match your definition either.
So you all proved that is a meaningless term (i.e buzzword). So can we
go back to use proper use case definitions?
"I need X because I am a power user" makes no sense at all. "I need X
because it helps me do ....." is way better to work with.
