I know that and it's not what I wanted to say. It was meant in the
context of a possible exception (from Fedora rules) for the Fedora
Firefox package to grab the Cisco blob on startup. It's unlikely that
such behaviour (grabbing binaries from the internet) would be granted
(from Fesco) to every Fedora packages wanting to play video.
