I can see your point as I'm a Red Hatter that has zero allocated time to work on Fedora, but most of the RHers that work on Fedora do so because of what they're paid to work on and I believe (my opinion) their focus primarily is directed around their $dayjob role and there's a very few people (in the low teens as far as I'm aware) where their only job is Fedora so in the vast majority of Red Hatters I believe that their "community" role is the same or impacted based on their paid $dayjob. I'm some what disappointed in the over all community selection in the CWG selection.
