The Perl 5.18 rebuild was not complete when merged back into Rawhide prior to the F-20 mass rebuild. Unlike the F-20 mass rebuild, the Perl 5.18 rebuild has ordering requirements, so the packages at the top of the Perl stack (basically those with the deepest dependency chains) are still built for Perl 5.16. Petr Pisar is continuing with the Perl 5.18 rebuild in Rawhide proper to resolve this.
