Which man pages? man-db is in @core, and many packages (like, say,
util-linux) ship with their own.

I actually would like to see more granularity here; documenation takes up a
really good chunk of the minimal install set, it'd be nice to more easily
leave it behind in a way which also makes it easy to add when needed.
