Another cause for concern by users is the maintenance record of systemd: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=841822 pungi can't create installable media with F17 + updates For about five months from July through December 2012 a bug in systemd-44-17.fc17 prevented installation of Fedora 17 using an updated .iso/DVD/USB containing the then-current packages. Obviously there were workarounds, but the long persistence of the bug was irksome and slowed the adoption of Fedora 17. The root cause was identified in just a few days: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=841822#c9 but the fix for Fedora 17 did not appear despite gentle ping. Please pay more attention to maintenance of systemd. -- -- devel mailing list devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/devel
