I can untag it from there... 

Some delay here I think is intentional to make things easier for
mirrors. ie, when a update goes stable it's left in updates-testing so
the hardlink will allow mirrors to easily hardlink it over in updates,
then later that tag/updates-testing is removed and the update stays. 

However, this is much older than that, so something went wrong here
with untagging. 

I'll untag it manually.
