Of course, I have my script, that I run when is necessary. 

cat ~/syncl.sh 
synclient VertTwoFingerScroll=1
synclient HorizTwoFingerScroll=1
synclient -l | grep -i scroll
synclient VertEdgeScroll=1
synclient HorizEdgeScroll=1
synclient -l | grep -i tap
synclient TapButton1=1
synclient TapButton2=1
synclient TapButton3=1
