Not really! We are already a customer of RHEL. Money is not the problem. We want our users to use the latest software out there but we also want to reduce the upgrade cycle. You CANNOT disturb every developer in a company to upgrade his box every 6 months.
Those are somewhat conflicting requirements. Maybe RHEL plus a local repo for packages you need more up to date than what is provided for in RHEL would work for you.
