Would appreciate any help.Just a wild guess but you don't appear to be in the packager group. Just the CLA groups and the fedorabugs group. Since it only makes sense to change the cvs flag if you are a packager perhaps you are required to be in the group before you can edit the field.
Ok. Ignore me. FAS clearly shows you are in the group but for some reason admin.fedoraproject.org/community doesn't show you in the group. Will see about filing a bug shortly.
