Please review https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Starting_services_by_default
and how it applies to your packages:

* If your package starts by default, is it allowed by the policy? If
not, should it be added as an exception?
* If your package currently has an exception, is it still starting by
default? If not, should the exception be removed?

In either case, please note the suggested policy change at
https://fedorahosted.org/fesco/ticket/950 .

Note that the first two paragraphs of the wiki page give general
approval to starting certain kinds of services by default; it is not
necessary to have a specific exception if your package matches the
general approval criteria.

Thank you,
   Mirek
