To save everyone the trouble of opening this bug, the summary is:
"bad Socks5Error exception" against the component python-SocksiPy.
The bug report is almost completely incomprehensible. I'm not
surprised the maintainer is ignoring it.

If the maintainer(s) feel that an report is inadequate from an reporter
they should simply request that the reporter provides the information
they need and outline the steps required to obtain that information.
