The minutes linked to are automatically generated - basically, meetbot pulls out #topic, #agreed, #info and #action lines into the minutes. >From a quick scan, it looks like the answer to all of the questions 'what was voted - and what was the vote; what was passed; what failed...' is 'nothing'. Like many other of the smaller groups within Fedora, it looks like the ARM group rarely needs to go to the trouble of formal voting.
