It is.  But apparently nobody is writing the One DNS Local Caching
Nameserver To Rule Them All.  dnsmasq has features unbound apparently
doesn't and the other way around.  To do useful DNSSEC you need seem to
need dnssec-trigger + unbound.  etc.  It is a mess.  But I certainly
can't solve it.
