Hello, I am trying to install to install fedora 17 from 3 days.But failed due to some warning. I have downloaded the fedora 17 32 bit image from torrent. I burned its image file and start installing fedora 17. already Window 7 is installed in in my laptop /dev/sda1. So, i am installing fedora 17 on /dev/sda5-root, /dev/sda6-/boot, /dev/sda7-swap, /dev/sda8-/home. On the last phase of installation, when boootloader is going to installed. A warning flashed out there: There is an error in the bootloader.you may not reboot your system. on clicking reboot!! following messages comes: grub loading welcome to grub! error:file not found. entering rescue mode.. grub rescue> i have done some experiments grub rescue>ls (hd0) (hd0,msdos8) (hd0,msdos7) (hd0,msdos6) (hd0,msdos5) (hd0,msdos4) (hd0,msdos3) (hd0,msdos2) (hd0,msdos1) how can i get rid from it? -- Chandan Kumar 3rd year,computer science engineering.
