I have no problems accepting the patch to Fedora GDB (after some adjustments).
I just expect FESCo decision considering its pros and cons distro-wide.

I am trying to provide FESCo enough information for the feature as Alexander's
presentation of it seems biased to me.


Wrt upstreaming the patch to FSF GDB first it can be posted but I would
keep it for a release or two only downstream, it is simple enough patch, there
may be found some issues with its practical use (if any) etc.
