This log shows no excessive delay during shutdown.

systemd was asked to power off here:
[  979.583227] systemd[1]: Got D-Bus request: org.freedesktop.systemd1.Manager.StartUnit() on /org/freedesktop/systemd1
[  979.613558] systemd[1]: Trying to enqueue job poweroff.target/start/replace

It took about a second to stop the services:
[  980.624183] systemd[1]: Shutting down.

Then it took more than 5 seconds to kill remaining processes:
[  986.039878] EXT4-fs (sda8): re-mounted. Opts: (null)

The 5s delay is likely because of this plymouth bug:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=744932

But that's far from the 2 minutes delay you said you were seeing.
Are you sure the long delay occured in the test this log is from?
