I just wrote upstream about this. They are now aware of it and push a
new release out this week :)

It looks fixed, but haven't tried it yet:

When there is a new release, let me know, and I'll add
python-polybori-0.8 to:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/python-zmq-2.1.4-2.fc16,ipython-0.11-1.fc16
