That's a feature. :-)

Very few updates were genuinely useless. Even a minor bugfix is a bugfix and 
should get pushed. Fighting "churn" as a "problem" only leads to sitting on 
fixes instead of getting them out to our users as soon as possible. Churn is 
a feature!
