Adam,

First, thank you for joining as a Fedora contributor.  You need to complete the following before submitting for SCM module:

Find a sponsor. As this is your first package, you must have a 'proven packager' sponsor you.  See [1]

The sponsor must complete a formal review of your package.  Anyone can add comments to your review, and do an 'unofficial review' to help you along.  However the review is not formally complete until your sponsor says so, and adds the 'fedora-review +' flag.  Currently the review has not even started, otherwise the 'fedora-review' flag would be set as '?' (once a sponsor picks up your review).
