I tried to alert you earlier to the fact that FESCO's initial decision was a very cautions "we'll try it", not the "full steam ahead and we'll back out if it goes really, really wrong" that you took it as. Go back and read the minutes of the initial FESCO decision to accept the feature. I do think someone should have alerted you to the fact that the final decision was being made at this meeting. That wasn't good. But I don't think the decision would have been different.
