Slips DO and WILL happen. It's just a matter of fact. It also happens in 
other projects. We just need to accept this.

If we really want to meet specific target dates for the release, e.g. 
May/Nov 1, then we need to schedule at least 2 weeks EARLIER, i.e. 
officially schedule for Apr/Oct 15 and compute all deadlines accordingly. 
Then the inevitable slips will just do the rest.
