That works.  And now https://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/gitweb/ also works.

It would appear that generation of the package list works but is
extremely slow and there is a cache in front of gitweb that had already
cached the content for the http URL but not the https URL.  I propose
that the cache should consider the http and https URLs equivalent,
unless there is a difference in the content served that I haven't seen.
