I use
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/lists/bugzilla?tg_format=plain for 
similar purposes.

This URL returns a file, containing a CSV-style list of all packages, 
owners etc. similar to owners.list in the old Fedora days. With a bit of 
CSV parsing it can be applied for what you need.
