Mine is not.

What evidence else do you need?

Facts are:
* My yum/resync's are receiving mirrors from metalinks which are 
pointing to broken mirrors.
* reposync is unable to find a non-broken mirror.

Well, I disagree. I think the problem is in mirror manager or at rel-eng.
