Well, if you want to read RedHat people talk on java stuff you can
subscribe to jpackage-discuss (http://www.jpackage.org/contacts.php)
and/or read the list archives

(there should probably more interaction with fedora-devel, but I suppose
right now it's easier to use a focused low-traffic java linux list)

Without surprise, the big problem right now is to conciliate vendor java
(the stuff people are ready to pay for right now) and gcj (the future)
