The "magic" bits that debuginfo-install does, Eg.
debuginfo-install samba-winbind-clients
...putting that in a plugin (or even, in the above plugin) isn't
amazingly hard, but nobody has done it yet (I'll be happy to help
someone, but I'm not dying to do it myself).

yum-plugin-auto-update-debug-info should not affect 'install'
