nash also requires this, and has not yet been rebuilt. This also makes
it basically impossible to update to Rawhide at present:

Error: Missing Dependency: libparted-1.9.so.0()(64bit) is needed by
package nash-6.0.93-1.fc12.x86_64 (installed)

you can't exactly remove nash to let the update go through, since dracut
and mkinitrd both depend on it.
