Which YUM bug # is it?

Could you provide a temporary workaround supplying something like (needs some
testing):
	--disablerepo='*' --enablerepo='fedora*' --enablerepo='updates*'

I think --skip-broken could apply also to inaccessible repositories; but that
is offtopic here - for ABRT, this is a YUM issue.
