Try this:
%define __os_install_post %(echo '%{__os_install_post}' | sed -e 's!/usr/lib/rpm/[^/]*/?brp-strip-static-archive %{__strip}!!g')
(It's working fine in tigcc.spec to prevent tigcc.a from being corrupted.)
