Including Vendor in comparisons is just FAIL. Packages often move from 
Fedora to RPM Fusion as legal problems are found or from RPM Fusion to 
Fedora as legal problems are cleared, there's no one vendor which can have 
precedence.

On the other hand, having the distro version as some sort of Super-Epoch has 
been discussed at times and I think it might be a good idea. It does have 
drawbacks though, because it means that upgrading from the DVD will 
downgrade some stuff and some applications don't like being downgraded at 
all.
