The netbook problem can be addressed by a "download netbook edition" link

Someone will have to volunteer to do that and IMO, the default ISO image
should just work for netbooks anyway.

See the Moblin respin.  Too late to be a spin for F12, could be one of
the official spins for F13.
You must not confuse moblin with netbooks, nettops or with i386/32bit machines in general. The moblin desktop is addressing a completely different audience.
